This AI Usage Policy (“Policy”) describes how The DAM Republic (“TdR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technologies within our platform, including the creation, refinement, processing, and delivery of content and digital resources. This Policy is intended to provide full transparency to users (“citizens,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the role AI plays in our operations, the safeguards we apply, and your rights and protections.
By accessing or using The DAM Republic’s website, content, or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this AI Usage Policy.
Purpose of Using Artificial Intelligence
The DAM Republic uses Artificial Intelligence to support and enhance the development of digital content, including but not limited to:

- SEO structuring and tagging
AI technologies enable TdR to scale its content library efficiently, maintain consistency, and provide timely, relevant information across our core topic areas: Digital Asset Management, AI in DAM, DAM + AI Integrations, and Workflow Optimization.
AI is used as an assistive technology, not as a replacement for human expertise. Final decision-making, editorial judgment, and content accuracy remain the responsibility of human reviewers.
AI Providers and Processing
To support our operations, The DAM Republic uses AI services provided by OpenAI, including models used within ChatGPT and via OpenAI’s API. When content is generated or processed using these services:
- Information may be transmitted to OpenAI servers for analysis and output generation.
- OpenAI processes the information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- We do not permit OpenAI to train its models on our content or user data where opt-out is available.

AI is used to produce drafts, outlines, summaries, and supporting research, but it does not publish content autonomously.
Before any AI-assisted content goes live on The DAM Republic:

- Edits, rewrites, and supplemental information are added as needed.
- The content is approved by a member of our editorial or oversight team.
- AI-generated material is integrated into final content only where it meets TdR’s quality and neutrality standards.
No content is published without human evaluation and sign-off.
Data Input, Storage, and Protection
The DAM Republic may use internal prompts, topic cards, and user-submitted queries as part of its AI-assisted workflows. To protect your privacy:
- We do not use AI to collect, infer, or profile any individual's identity, preferences, or behavior.
- We do not store personal data in AI systems beyond what is necessary for operational tasks.
- Any data shared with AI systems is processed under secure protocols consistent with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not knowingly input sensitive personal data into AI models.

- The DAM Republic is not liable for actions taken based on draft outputs or early-stage AI-generated material.

Intellectual Property and Ownership
All AI-assisted content published on The DAM Republic becomes the intellectual property of The DAM Republic, whether created wholly or partially with AI tools.
This includes:

- Tools and calculators
- Metadata
- Scripts and code snippets
- Design and UX assets
- Editorial text and summaries
AI-generated material is reviewed, curated, or modified by a human, and the combined work is considered original TdR content.
Ethical and Responsible Use of AI
The DAM Republic is committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI technologies. Accordingly:
- We prioritize neutrality and do not allow AI outputs to intentionally favor any vendor, product, or partner.
- We do not use AI to manipulate user behavior or generate deceptive content.

When interacting with such features:
